Our first check was written in September of 1997.

We got our start when Eileen took over the property management business from Gene Mersinger of Century 21. When we split from Century 21 to our new office we enjoyed a near 100% retention rate of our owners. Several of those owners are still with us all these years later.

We have a strong belief in building relationships not only with owners and vendors, but also our tenants, understanding that good personal relationships are often times the best form of advertising you can get. When you call there isn’t an automated voice with a laundry list of choices to select from, you get a live person on the phone.

We have been around long enough to reap the fruits of what we have sown through the years. Either by helping our owners keep their rental properties in the teeth of the Great Recession, or a tenant who needs to build up good rental and credit history.

We have helped owners sell their homes only to return years later with another property to manage because they have kept our business card the whole time and appreciate our personalized service.

We have had tenants who later have become realtors who remember their time with us so fondly that they work to get us good applicants before we even have a first showing.
